Install SourceTag on your site

Add the SourceTag script tag to your site header.

Add hidden fields to your Tally form

In Tally, add hidden fields named st_fc_channel, st_fc_detail_1, st_fc_detail_2, etc. See the full field list in your SourceTag dashboard.

Submit a test form

Visit your site with ?utm_source=test&utm_medium=cpc and submit a form. Check the submission for attribution data.
